Tips For Working With Dyed Reed

* My #1 tip for minimizing the "bleed" when weaving with dyed reed is to keep the natural spokes and all natural weavers as dry as possible before weaving in the dyed weavers.

If you must dampen the dyed reed, put a capful of Retayne into a small container of water and drag the weaver through the water. DO NOT SOAK DYED REED. Wipe on paper towel and put aside until ready to use. Remember to pack weavers as you go so not to leave marks on the spokes.
