SHAKER TAPE

Discover the fun and beauty of weaving a chair seat with Shaker Tape. Fabric (cotton) tapes or "listing" as the Shakers called it, is soft, comfortable and extremely durable.

Color may vary between dye lots. Be sure to order enough to complete your seat.

Sold by the yard in 75 yard rolls.

How to Measure and Calculate the Amount of Shaker Tape for a Seat:

• Measure the seat (width) at its widest point. Measure the seat depth-front rail to back rail.
• Multiply the width (in inches) by the depth (in inches).
• Divide by 9 for 1" tape. Divide by 5.3 for 5/8" tape. Your answer will be in total yards required.
